Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben als Field Service Engineer:

• Du planst und führst Kundendemos, Systemvorführungen und Testflüge im In- und Ausland durch.
• Du unterstützt Inbetriebnahmen neuer Drohnensysteme beim Kunden und analysierst sowie behebst technische Probleme vor Ort.
• Du schulst und trainierst Kunden, inklusive Piloten, Einsatz- und technischem Personal.
• Du erstellst und pflegst Betriebs-, Schulungs- und Einsatzdokumentation und gibst Rückmeldungen aus Praxiserfahrungen an Entwicklung und Produktmanagement.
• Du unterstützt Flugvorbereitungen, Risikoanalysen und Missionsplanung, um einen sicheren und professionellen Betrieb zu gewährleisten.
• Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen sicher und professionell gegenüber Kunden

Qualifikation

Das bringst Du mit:

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Ausbildung (z.B. Luftfahrt, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Du bringst Erfahrung im Betrieb von Drohnen oder unbemannten Systemen,idealerweise im professionellen Umfeld mit
• Du bist erfahren in Fehlersuche und Problemlösung im Kundenumfeld und haben Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
• Du verfügst wünschenswerterweise über einen Drohnenführerschein/ Fernpilotenzeugnis (z. B. A2, STS, Specific Category) und Kenntnisse der UAV-Regularien (EASA, Open/Specific Category).
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
