Aufgaben

Die Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen

• Cloud- & Modern-Workplace-Lösungen: Mitgestaltung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung moderner Microsoft-Cloud-Umgebungen mit Fokus auf Microsoft 365, Azure und Modern Workplace
• Azure & AI-Technologien: Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Integration moderner Azure- sowie AI-basierter Lösungen zur Optimierung interner Prozesse
• IT-Systembetreuung: Planung, Einrichtung, Administration und Wartung der internen IT-Systeme sowie der Netzwerkinfrastruktur
• System- und IT-Sicherheit: Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit sowie Umsetzung und Überwachung moderner Sicherheits- und Compliance-Standards
• Support & Fehleranalyse: Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und nachhaltiger Störungsbehebung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
• Projektunterstützung: Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten, Rollouts, Cloud-Migrationen und Digitalisierungsinitiativen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
• Dienstleistersteuerung: Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Systemhäusern
• User-Schulungen: Unterstützung und Schulung interner User im Umgang mit modernen Workplace- und Cloud-Lösungen

Qualifikation

Das wünschen wir uns

• Qualifizierung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare IT-technische Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud-Technologien oder Microsoft-Umgebungen, idealerweise in einem IT-Systemhaus
• Microsoft-Technologien: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure sowie modernen Workplace-Technologien
• Cloud & AI: Interesse oder erste praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Azure AI, Cloud Solutions, Automatisierung und moderne digitale Arbeitsplatzkonzepte
