Entwicklungsingenieur Dünnschicht (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir in Brandenburg an der Havel einen Entwicklungsingenieur Dünnschicht (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen zur Herstellung der Perowskit-Solarzelle bzw. unserer Tandemzelle

• Eigenständige Projektleitung sowie Mitarbeit an Projekten zum Transfer unserer Technologie aus dem Labor ins Produktionsumfeld sowie der Optimierung unserer Solarzellen

• Projektmanagement von neuen Produktionsanlagen:

• Laufende Optimierung des Prozesses

• Planung, Durchführung und Analyse von Experimenten

• Fehleranalyse

• Integration neuer Prozesse

• Erstellung von Sicherheits- und Qualitäts-Dokumenten

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Physik, Chemie, Materialwissenschaften, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar; oder Berufserfahrung von Vorteil)
• Tiefes Verständnis von Dünnschicht-Materialien (idealerweise Perowskit) sowie Erfahrung in Dünnschicht-Abscheidung, -Behandlung und -Charakterisierung
• Kenntnisse in Optoelektronik und der Funktionsweise von Solarzellen, bevorzugt Tandem-Solarzellen
• Erfahrung in Fertigung, statistischer Prozesskontrolle und automatisierten Produktionsanlagen (ideal im Solar- oder Halbleiterbereich)
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Freude an Konzeption und Aufbau
• Teamfähig, pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
