Du bist die zentrale operative Schnittstelle zwischen Strategie, Kunden und Umsetzung.

Als Projektmanager stellst du sicher, dass Kampagnen schnell, sauber und effizient umgesetzt werden – ohne Reibungsverluste.

Perfekt für dich, wenn du bereits Agenturerfahrung hast und weißt, wie wichtig Tempo, Struktur und saubere Prozesse sind.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

• Operative Umsetzung: Eigenständige Durchführung und technische Umsetzung von Marketing-Aufgaben und Kampagnen im Tagesgeschäft.
• Daily Management & Ticketing: Strukturierte Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung aller eingehenden Aufgaben und Kundenanfragen.
• Schnelle Kundenkommunikation: Sicherstellung extrem kurzer Reaktionszeiten. Kunden erhalten zeitnah (z. B. innerhalb von 30 bis 60 Minuten) eine erste Rückmeldung oder Zwischenantwort bei Anfragen.
• Koordination: Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (z. B. Grafik und Copy). Du erstellst Briefings, definierst klare Deadlines und nutzt Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. ClickUp) für reibungslose Abläufe.
• Qualitätssicherung: Einleitung, Koordination und konsequente Nachverfolgung von Korrekturschleifen bis zur finalen Freigabe.
• Problemlösung: Schnelles und pragmatisches Lösen von technischen oder organisatorischen Hürden im laufenden Betrieb.

Du trägst die Verantwortung für eine zuverlässige operative Umsetzung und die konsequente Einhaltung aller Deadlines. Gleichzeitig stellst du sicher, dass alle Prozesse technisch sauber, fehlerfrei und mit hoher Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit in der Kundenbetreuung umgesetzt werden.

Qualifikation

Das solltest du sein:

➜ Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement und Marketing

➜ Du arbeitest strukturiert, extrem organisiert und proaktiv

➜ Du bist zuverlässig und kannst viele parallele Aufgaben (Tickets) effizient managen

➜ Du denkst lösungsorientiert und bringst technisches Verständnis mit

➜ Du kommunizierst klar, präzise und schnell – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
