E-Commerce Conversion Manager

Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Onlineshop besser konvertiert. Du analysierst den gesamten Funnel, erkennst Abbrüche, leitest Optimierungen ab und machst aus Daten konkrete Maßnahmen für mehr Umsatz, bessere Conversion Rates und eine stärkere Customer Journey.

Aufgaben

• Du analysierst den gesamten Shop-Funnel und identifizierst Conversion-Hürden.
• Du wertest relevante KPIs aus, zum Beispiel Conversion Rate, Add-to-Cart-Rate, Checkout-Abbrüche und Landingpage-Performance.
• Du optimierst Landingpages, Produktseiten und Shop-Elemente datenbasiert.
• Du beobachtest Nutzerverhalten und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab.
• Du planst und begleitest A/B-Tests und andere Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Performance Marketing, Design, Content und Development zusammen.
• Du priorisierst technische und inhaltliche Optimierungen mit Blick auf Umsatz und Nutzererlebnis.
• Du dokumentierst Ergebnisse und präsentierst deine Learnings verständlich ans Team.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im E-Commerce mit Fokus auf Conversion, Shop-Optimierung oder Growth.
• Ein gutes Verständnis für Funnel-Analyse, KPIs und Tracking.
• Technisches Verständnis für Shop-Systeme, Daten und Schnittstellen.
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Freude daran, Dinge selbst anzupacken und im Shop-Alltag operativ zu arbeiten.
• Kein tiefes Coding nötig, aber ein sicherer Umgang mit technischen Themen ist wichtig.
• Erfahrung mit Shopify ist ein Plus .
