Superior ability to manage sensitive matters and/or complex problems, make key contributions to group efforts, and exercise appropriate leadership and initiative. Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the superior ability to build consensus, work effectively, and independently exert influence to major ODNI stakeholders. Superior critical thinking skills, including the ability to think strategically and identify needs, requirements, and develop innovative recommendations and solutions for improvement. Superior ability to listen to, clarify, and convey understanding of others' ideas, comments, and questions as well as demonstrated ability to integrate and build upon diverse opinions in a manner that encourages the development of integrated solutions and way ahead strategies. At least 5 years' experience working with domestic partners or Bachelor's degree in subject matter area or closely related discipline.
