für unsere Hauptzentrale in Baesweiler

Aufgaben

• Führung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Teams sowie Koordination der täglichen Zusammenarbeit
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Wachstum des Netzwerks
• Aufbau und Pflege von Unternehmer- und Partnerbeziehungen
• Gewinnung neuer Mitglieder und Geschäftspartner
• Organisation und Weiterentwicklung von Netzwerk- und Business-Events
• Führung und Koordination relevanter Projekte
• Repräsentation des Netzwerks bei Veranstaltungen und Meetings
• Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Entwicklung innovativer Formate für Mitglieder

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer Geschäftsführungsposition oder einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition
• Eine unternehmerische Denkweise, strategische Vision und exzellente Umsetzungsfähigkeit
• Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit zu überzeugen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
