Unser TRU Fitness Marketing Team besteht aus mehreren Bausteinen.

• Unsere digitale Infrastruktur, bestehend aus einer neuen Website, intelligenter Lead-Architektur und integriertem Event- und Buchungssystem.
• Und unser Brand System, getragen von Content, Design, Kommunikation und People.

Damit unsere Marke auch bei der digital Infrastruktur den gleichen Anspruch erfüllt wie vor Ort, suchen wir dich als Digital Marketing & Growth Lead.

Aufgaben

Als Digital Marketing & Growth Lead bist du das technische Rückgrat unserer Wachstumsstrategie. Du verstehst digitale Funnels, bist analytisch unterwegs und denkst nicht in Kanälen, sondern in Conversion-Strecken. Du arbeitest im engen Sparring mit unserem Brand Lead, Art Director und den Community Manager:innen an den Standorten und steuerst eigenverantwortlich unsere externen Dienstleister. Dabei musst du nicht alles selbst umsetzen, aber du musst es durchdringen, priorisieren und zum Laufen bringen.

Leadgenerierung & Performance Marketing

Du konzipierst und steuerst kanalübergreifende Performance-Kampagnen (Meta, Google, Tiktok)

• Du entwickelst Funnel-Strategien und testest gezielt (A/B) zur Optimierung unserer Conversions
• Du bist verantwortlich für die digitale Reichweite vom Klick bis zum Termin

Website & Digital Experience

Du verantwortest die Conversion-Optimierung unserer Website

• Du steuerst Agenturen und Partner für unsere Web-Infrastruktur (WordPress, etc.)
• Du denkst in Touchpoints und weißt, wie man sie effizient orchestriert (SEO, GEO, SEA, UX)

Marketing-Automatisierung & Tools

Du setzt automatisierte Flows auf, vom Lead bis zur Mitgliedschaft

• Du managst unsere Tools wie, Asana, Zapier, Typeform, Magicline & Co.
• Du denkst in Schnittstellen, nicht in Silos
• Du arbeitest mit AI Tools (wie z.B. Claude) zur Automatisierung von Porzessen und hältst dich up-to-date zu den aktuell technischen Entwicklungen

Reporting & Analyse

Du erstellst regelmäßige Reports und ziehst die richtigen Schlüsse (KPIs, ROI, CPL etc.)

• Du optimierst auf Basis klarer Daten, nicht auf Bauchgefühl
• Du arbeitest iterativ und gehst strategisch mit Ressourcen um

Qualifikation

Über drei Jahre Erfahrung in digitalem Performance Marketing & Funnelaufbau, mit folgenden Schwerpunkten:

• Starkes Verständnis für Tech-Strukturen, (AI) Automatisierung und User-Flows
• Fähigkeit, Prozesse zu durchdringen und in schlanke Lösungen zu übersetzen
• Freude an Zusammenarbeit, Klarheit in Kommunikation, keine Eitelkeit in Ownership
• Du arbeitest gerne im kleinen, fokussierten Team, mit hoher Verantwortung, Passion und viel Bewegungsfreiheit
