Developmental Contract Specialist, NF-03

Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment which provided a basic understanding of principles and concepts of contracting. 2. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software. Highly Qualifications: 1. Relevant business acumen. 2. Familiarity with Family & MWR Programs. 3. Skilled in written and verbal communication. 4. Experience performing market research. Preferred are those candidates who also possess a bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education.
