Unser Partner entwickelt und implementiert datengetriebene Lösungen für namhafte Enterprise-Kunden (Mazda, Congstar, Telekom) und legt den Fokus auf die Entwicklung sowie produktive Nutzung von Machine-Learning-Modellen. Dabei geht es um skalierbare, produktive Anwendungen mit echtem Business Impact, insbesondere im Bereich Customer Analytics und datenbasierter Entscheidungsfindung. Für Dich bedeutet das die Möglichkeit, ML-Lösungen end-to-end umzusetzen und aktiv in produktive Umgebungen zu bringen.

Aufgaben

• Als technischer Lösungs- und Implementierungspartner arbeitest Du in abwechslungsreichen Kundenprojekten und begleitest den gesamten Machine-Learning-Lifecycle von der Datenanalyse bis zum produktiven Einsatz.
• Du entwickelst, validierst und optimierst Machine-Learning-Modelle unter Einsatz von Python sowie gängigen Frameworks wie TensorFlow oder scikit-learn.
• Die Operationalisierung von Modellen (Deployment, Monitoring, Integration) gehört zu Deinem zentralen Verantwortungsbereich – mit Fokus auf MLOps und produktive Systeme.
• Du analysierst und verarbeitest große Datenmengen (z. B. mit Python, SQL, Spark) und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für Fachbereiche ab.
• In enger Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern präsentierst Du Ergebnisse verständlich und berätst hinsichtlich datengetriebener Entscheidungen.

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Data Science / Machine Learning
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen ML-Frameworks (z. B. TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Praxis in der Entwicklung und insbesondere der Operationalisierung von Machine-Learning-Modellen
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit größeren Datenmengen sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse in SQL und Datenstrukturen
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Databricks, Spark oder vergleichbaren Technologien sowie Cloud-Umgebungen (z. B. Azure oder AWS)
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Fachbereichen
• Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1 Niveau) und kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch
