Basic Requirements Degree: Mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science or field directly related to the position. The degree must be in a major field of study (at least at the baccalaureate level) that is appropriate for the position. OR Combination of education and experience: Courses equivalent to a major field of study (30 semester hours) as shown in the paragraph above, plus additional education or appropriate experience. IN ADDITION TO THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS ABOVE: Minimum Qualifications: You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: 1. Ensures the statistical validity and accuracy of all reports. 2. Develops new data products, such as forecast models, cost projection calculators, interactive dashboards, automated reports, and performance outcome (KPI) visualizations. 3. Participates in drafting data management strategies. You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: 1. Plans and conducts special studies to answer ad-hoc inquiries from leadership. 2. Builds tools/apps to support the collection of data for further analysis. 3. Participates in drafting data management strategies. Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Qualification claims will be subject to verification.
