Deine Mission

In deiner Rolle als Data Platform Architect konzipierst und verantwortest du skalierbare, sichere und cloud-native Datenplattformen für unsere Kunden. Du übersetzt Business-Anforderungen in robuste Zielarchitekturen, setzt technologische Leitplanken und prägst als Architekt:in nachhaltig unsere Data-Projekte.

Aufgaben

Das erwartet dich

• Architektur & Design von Datenplattformen
  Du entwirfst zukunftsfähige Data-Platform-Architekturen und verantwortest Architekturentscheidungen über mehrere Projekte hinweg – von der Zielarchitektur bis zur Umsetzung.
• Technische Umsetzung mit Engineering-Fokus
  Du arbeitest hands-on mit modernen Programmiersprachen wie Python, Java oder C# und setzt auf agile, DevOps-orientierte Entwicklungs- und Betriebsmodelle.
• Technische Führung & Beratung
  Du übernimmst technische Leadership-Rollen, führst interdisziplinäre Teams und berätst Kunden souverän auf technischer und Management-Ebene.
• Cloud-native & Container-Technologien
  Du gestaltest Plattformen mit Container-Technologien wie Docker oder Podman sowie Orchestrierungslösungen wie Kubernetes oder OpenShift – mit Fokus auf Automatisierung und Stabilität.
• Community & Wissensaufbau
  Du coachst Kolleg:innen, bringst dich aktiv in unsere Data-Community ein und entwickelst Architekturstandards kontinuierlich weiter.

Qualifikation

Darauf freuen wir uns

• Abgeschlossenes MINT-Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Data-Plattform-Architekturen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Programmiersprachen (z. B. Python, Java oder C#) sowie agiler und DevOps-naher Arbeitsweisen
• Erfahrung in technischer Führung, Architekturverantwortung und Stakeholder-Beratung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisen
