Deine Rolle

Als Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Manager (m/w/d) bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Daten und den Menschen, die auf ihrer Basis Entscheidungen treffen. Du verwandelst Zahlen in Insights, Insights in Empfehlungen – und Empfehlungen in messbares Wachstum. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management sowie mit den Teams aus Marketing, E-Commerce, Operations, Finance, Produktentwicklung und externen Partnern zusammen.

Aufgaben

Tätigkeiten

• Du baust unsere Business-Intelligence-Landschaft strategisch aus: von der Datenarchitektur über Dashboards bis hin zu Self-Service-Reporting für alle Fachbereiche
• Du analysierst Performance-Daten aus Webshop, Marktplätzen, CRM, Paid Media und Logistik – und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management ab
• Du entwickelst KPIs, Forecasts und Szenarien, die unseren Wachstumskurs steuerbar machen (Umsatz, Marge, CAC, LTV, Retention, Lagerbestände, Channel-Profitabilität)
• Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale entlang der gesamten Customer Journey – von der Akquise über Conversion bis zur Wiederkaufsrate
• Du setzt AI- und Machine-Learning-Anwendungen produktiv ein: u. a. für Forecasting, Customer Segmentation, Churn-Prediction, automatisierte Reports oder Marketing-Measurement
• Du etablierst ein modernes Data-Stack-Setup (z. B. BigQuery / Snowflake, dbt, Looker / Power BI / Tableau) und sorgst für eine saubere, skalierbare Datenbasis
• Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, E-Commerce, Operations, Finance und externen Partnern zusammen und übersetzt komplexe Datenfragen in verständliche, entscheidungsreife Antworten
• Du bist Sparringspartner:in für die Geschäftsführung in strategischen Fragestellungen rund um Wachstum, Channel-Mix und Internationalisierung

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im naturwissenschaftlich-quantitativen Bereich – z. B. Mathematik, Statistik, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Physik oder BWL mit klarem Daten-/Analytics-Fokus
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Data Analyst, BI Manager, Data Scientist oder in einer vergleichbaren analytischen Rolle, idealerweise in einem E-Commerce-, Consumer- oder Scale-up-Umfeld
• Fundierte Erfahrung mit AI und Machine Learning – du hast nachweislich AI-basierte Use Cases mitentwickelt, eingeführt oder produktiv betrieben (z. B. Prognosemodelle, AI-Workflows, Klassifikation, Empfehlungssysteme oder AI-gestützte Automatisierungen)
• Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit Python oder R; Erfahrung mit modernen Data-Warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) und BI-Tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase o. ä.)
• Grundverständnis für E-Commerce und Online Marketing: Du weißt, wie Performance-Marketing, CRM, Conversion-Optimierung, Marktplätze und Webshop zusammenwirken
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Business-Verständnis – du denkst über die Zahl hinaus und triffst Entscheidungen mit Wirkung
• Hands-on-Mentalität, hoher Eigenantrieb und Lust, ein BI-Setup in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen aktiv mitzugestalten.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice to have

• Erfahrung im Aufbau von Forecast-, Pricing- oder Margenmodellen für Consumer-Brands
• Erfahrung mit Tools wie dbt, Airflow, Fivetran/Stitch oder vergleichbaren Komponenten eines modernen Data Stacks
• Erfahrung mit Tracking- und Measurement-Setups (GA4, Server-Side Tracking, Admetrics, Marketing-Mix-Modelling)
• Erste Führungs- oder Mentoring-Erfahrung im Bereich Data/Analytics
