DEINE ROLLE

Als Customer Delivery Manager (w/m/d/x) sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Versicherungskunden die EMIL Insurance Suite ihren Bedürfnissen entsprechend nutzen können. Du bist Teil unserer Customer Delivery Abteilung und wirkst damit nachhaltig an der digitalen Transformation der Versicherungsbranche durch Einführung unserer SaaS Lösung bei unseren Kunden mit.

WAS DICH ERWARTET

• Du stellst unseren potenziellen Kunden Proofs of Concept bereit und bist erster Ansprechpartner, bereits vor dem Produktkauf und während der Implementierung
• Du richtest unsere SaaS-Lösung schnell und erfolgreich bei unseren Kunden ein, erklärst ihnen den Umgang und die Funktionsweise unseres Produkts, und stellst damit einen problemlosen Go-Live der Software sicher
• Anschließend unterstützt du bei der Fehlerbehebung und bei Fragen und legst so den Grundstein für den langfristigen Erfolg unserer Kunden
• Du hast die Verantwortung für das Projektmanagement und die Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern, sowohl interne als auch externe; triffst dich regelmäßig mit dem Team und hältst alle auf dem Laufenden
• Soweit erforderlich, dokumentierst du Anforderungen, Anpassungen und Fortschritte des Projekts

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Du hast mindestens 4-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit technischen Projekten oder Integrationen, am besten bei einem SaaS-Anbieter im Versicherungsumfeld
• Affinität zur Technik, vorzugsweise hast du einen technischen Hintergrund
• Du bist in der Lage, starke und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern aufzubauen
• Du fühlst dich im Projektmanagement zuhause und arbeitest lösungs- und detailorientiert
• Fließende, verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift ist ein Muss, Französisch von Vorteil
• Erfahrungen mit APIs, BPMN, SaaS Plattformen, AWS Technologie, Test, Requirement Engineering und der Versicherungswelt sind ein Plus
• Beratungserfahrung ist ein Riesen Plus :-)
• Du bist neugierig und interessiert daran, die Versicherungslandschaft und ihre Prozesse zu verstehen
• Du kennst dich in einer dynamischen Arbeitsumgebung aus und agile Projektmanagement Methoden sind dir nicht fremd
• Ca. 20 % Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands bzw. in die Schweiz.
