Content & AI Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Das bringst du mit:

• Content-Entwicklung: Du entwickelst und trainierst gemeinsam mit uns eine KI unterstützte Content-Maschine für relevante Cyber Security Inhalte, von Blogartikeln über Fachbeiträge bis hin zu Webseiten
• Orchestrierung: Du bist einer der zentralen Knotenpunkte zwischen Fachexperten und unserem Content-Team und übersetzt komplexe Cyber Security Themen in verständliche, fachlich saubere und zielgruppenrelevante Inhalte
• KI-Einsatz: Du nutzt aktiv KI-Tools zur Unterstützung: z.B. für Research, Content-Erstellung, Editing, Review sowie SEO- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
• Automatisierung: Gemeinsam mit dem Product Management entwickelst du KI-Agenten, Workflows und Automatisierungen, testest neue Tools und baust so kontinuierlich unsere Content-Maschine weiter aus
• Teamwork: Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Content, Product Management und IT zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass aus Ideen funktionierende Lösungen werden

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

• In Kurzform: Du kannst Marketing, Content und IT

• Marketing: Du hast Erfahrung im Online-, Performance- oder Product Marketing (idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld) und verstehst, wie Kanäle und Mechaniken funktionieren
• Content: Du kannst komplexe Themen verständlich und interessant aufbereiten
• IT: Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu KI, bist hands-on unterwegs, d.h. du probierst Tools selbst aus, klickst dir Workflows oder Agenten zusammen und bleibst nah an aktuellen Entwicklungen

• Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, proaktiv und pragmatisch und möchtest etwas bewegen
• Teamfit: Du bist ein Teamplayer, teilst gerne dein Wissen und fühlst dich auch in der virtuellen Zusammenarbeit wohl
• Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
