Aufgaben

• Beratung von Kunden aus Privatwirtschaft und öffentlichem Sektor zu Informationssicherheit, IT-Security und Notfallmanagement
• Analyse bestehender Sicherheitsarchitekturen und IT-Infrastrukturen hinsichtlich ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz sowie weiterer relevanter Standards und Richtlinien
• eigenständige Entwicklung von Sicherheitskonzepten, Risikoanalysen und maßgeschneiderten Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Informationssicherheits- und Notfallmanagementsystemen in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Stakeholdern
• Beratung zu regulatorischen Anforderungen (DORA, NIS2, BAIT, VAIT, MaRisk, KRITIS)
• Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitsdokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen und Awareness-Maßnahmen
• Technische Leitung von Projektteams und Mentoring von Kolleginnen und Kollegen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in MINT oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Informationssicherheitsmanagement (ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz) oder im Business Continuity Management
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Beratung oder praktischer Umsetzung im Bereich Cyber Security oder BCM (z. B. als CISO oder ISB)
• Erfahrungen mit Kunden aus der Privatwirtschaft und dem öffentlichen Sektor
• Breites IT-Verständnis kombiniert mit Know-how in organisatorischen, rechtlichen und prozessualen Aspekten der Informationssicherheit
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten – vom IT-Leiter bis zur Geschäftsführung
• Du bist selbstständig, kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark und arbeitest gerne im Team
• Du hast Freude an der Beratung und Lust, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
• Du bringst eine Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands zu wichtigen Kundenterminen mit (im Schnitt max. 3 Tage/Monat)
• Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ1 oder SÜ2) nach SÜG
• Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
