Die Stiftung Bildung wirkt als Themenanwältin für beste Bildung bundesweit und als gemeinnützige Spendenorganisation direkt an der Basis über das bundesweite Netzwerk des Bildungsengagements sowie der Kita- und Schulfördervereine, stärkt die Handelnden, fördert Partizipation und Vielfalt und lässt Ideen vor Ort Wirklichkeit werden. Sie ist als rechtsfähige Stiftung des bürgerlichen Rechts anerkannt, überparteilich und unabhängig.

Für unser Team Menschen und Kultur suchen wir, ab sofort bis 31.12.2026 (Verlängerung ist ausdrücklich angestrebt) in Berlin und remote, in Teilzeit (25-30 Std./Woche), eine Co-Leitung Team Menschen und Kultur.

Das Team Menschen und Kultur sorgt mit dafür, dass unsere ehrenamtlichen und angestellten Kolleg*innen die Möglichkeit haben, allen Kindern und Jugendlichen beste Bildung zu ermöglichen. Unsere Themenfelder erstrecken sich von der Gestaltung von Organisationskultur und –prozessen, Personalmanagement und -planung über Arbeitsrecht, tägliche Betreuung bis hin zum Alumni-Management. Unser Ziel dabei ist stets, für die Lobby- und Spendenorganisation Stiftung Bildung und alle in der Stiftung Bildung Engagierten ein kreatives und positives Arbeiten für beste Bildung für jedes Kind bundesweit zu schaffen.

Aufgaben

eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Menschen und Kultur für angestellte und ehrenamtliche Kolleg*innen in enger Abstimmung mit der zweiten Co-Leitung und dem Vorstand

Weiterentwicklung der dualen Organisationskultur der Stiftung Bildung

Weiterentwicklung der ehrenamtlichen und angestellten Führungskräfte innerhalb der Stiftung Bildung

Hauptarbeitsbereiche: Personalmanagement und-planung, Arbeitsverträge, Arbeitsrecht, Gehalt, Weiterbildungen

disziplinarische Verantwortung für 20-30 angestellte Personen

Unterstützung und Beratung des Vorstandes mit fachlicher Kompetenz und Prozessexpertise

Qualifikation

strukturiert, wirkungsorientiert mit Hands-on-Mentalität

mehrjährige Berufserfahrung inkl. Leitungserfahrung im Bereich Menschen und Kultur oder ähnlichen Bereichen

sehr gute Kenntnisse in der praktischen Anwendung des Arbeits- sowie Betriebsverfassungsrechts und des TVöD Bund wünschenswert

selbstständige, zielorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit gutem Zeitmanagement

digitale Arbeitsweise, Beherrschung von MS Office und Personalsoftware

schnelles Einarbeiten in neue Arbeitsfelder und situatives Reagieren, lösungsorientiertes Eingehen auf sich dynamisch verändernde Anforderungen

Entscheidungen im Sinne der Organisation und des Vorstandes treffen und diese auch vertreten

interkulturelle / inklusive Denkweise

Arbeitserfahrung in einer bundesweiten Spendenorganisation wünschenswert
