Mission :

Sous la supervision de la Coordinatrice Terrain pour la Mission France, vous apporterez un appui opérationnel au poste de Coordinateur·rice Terrain Mission France dans la mise en oeuvre de projets stratégiques.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

Soutenir le poste de Coordinateur·rice Terrain MIF dans l'appui à la mise en oeuvre du Projet 15ème en lien étroit avec le·la Chargé·e de Projet
Appuyer le poste de Coordinateur·rice Terrain Mission France dans la mise en oeuvre du Projet Pôle Ressource
Apporter un soutien direct au poste de Coordinateur·rice Terrain Mission France

Profile :

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en sciences politiques, développement local et territorial, coordination de projet, sciences humaines, design social, économie ou statistiques.

Vous avez au moins 4 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, dont une majeure partie en France dans l'un des domaines suivants : action sociale / sécurité alimentaire et lutte contre la précarité alimentaire / suivi-évaluation / protection et accès aux droits. Vous avez des expériences probantes de coordination multi-acteurs avec des collectivités territoriales, services de l'État déconcentrés, associations, etc. ainsi qu'une expérience démontrée de prise de parole publique et de représentation externe (conférences, groupes de travail, concertations locales, plaidoyer territorial).

Vous avez connaissance de la stratégie de la Mission France et des actions déployées sur la base PACA.

Vous avez des compétences en collecte, stockage, analyse et valorisation graphique de données, en termes d'intelligence collective / accompagnement des réflexions, d'animation de réflexions multi-acteurs et de formation de profils très variés.

Vous avez des compétences relationnelles et une capacité avérée à mobiliser des réseaux d'acteurs (associations, institutions, collectivités, structures de quartier) et à créer et entretenir des relations de confiance.

Conditions d'emploi

Statut : Cadre Intégré, classe 7 - CDD de 3 mois jusqu'au 30/06/2026 - Temps plein
Lieu : Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Rémunération :De 37K à 44Keuros bruts annuels sur 13 mois selon expérience
