Aufgaben
- Bei BDX bist du Experte für die Qualifizierung von neuen Kunden und Entwicklungsfeldern.
- Entwicklung von Deals vom Erstkontakt bis zum Closing.
- Analysieren und Verstehen von Kundenneeds und Übersetzung in Ideen und Projekte.
- Qualifizierung von Leads und Identifizierung von Entscheidungsträgern.
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eigener Netzwerkformate.
- Networking & Events.
- Key Account Handling und Weiterentwicklung von langfristigen und wiederkehrenden Zusammenarbeiten.
- Mitarbeit und Weiterentwicklung des Marketing Mix von BDX.
Qualifikation
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sales / Business Development / Marketing.
- Du bringst Verständnis der Agenturwelt mit - für Abläufe und Mechaniken und für die Dynamik und Schnelllebigkeit der Branche.
- Du checkst wirklich, wie Social Media funktioniert und hast Bock darauf.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und zielgerichtet.
- Du bist ein Communicator und bringst People-Skills mit.
- Du hast eine Closer-Mentality.
