Business Analyst (w/m/d) - Bankenregulatorik & Meldewesen

In Deiner fachlichen Rolle als Meldewesenspezialist:in & Business Analyst:in analysierst und gestaltest Du fachliche Prozesse rund um das aufsichtsrechtliche und statistische Meldewesen. Dabei arbeitest Du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT, erstellst Anforderungen, begleitest die technische Umsetzung und bringst Dein Wissen aus dem Bereich Bankenregulatorik aktiv mit ein.

Aufgaben

• Du berätst und gestaltest eigenständig agile IT-Projekte und setzt gesetzliche und regulatorische Anforderungen im Bankwesen um
• Aufnahme, Analyse und Management von Anforderungen gehören zu deinen Kernaufgaben, ebenso wie die Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und der Entwicklung
• Du unterstützt aktiv die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systeme und -Prozesse
• Du pflegst eine partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit & offene Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung als IT-Business Analyst:in in der Bankenbranche sowie im statistischen Meldewesen (insb. BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta)
• Fundierte methodische & konzeptionelle Kenntnisse in der Business Analyse und agilen Methoden
• Eine selbstständige und kommunikative Arbeitsweise, mit der Du Projekte proaktiv voranbringst
• Idealerweise hast Du bereits IT-Projekte zu regulatorischen Anforderungen umgesetzt.
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
