Wir suchen für unseren Standort München baldmöglichst einen erfahrenen Business Analysten (w/m/d), der die Verantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung unserer IT-Projekte im Bereich Versicherungen übernimmt. In dieser Position trägst Du dazu bei, unsere technologischen Prozesse zu optimieren und innovative Lösungen in neuen Märkten zu etablieren.

Aufgaben

• Planung, Leitung und Analyse in IT-Projekten im Versicherungsumfeld, von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung
• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen, um die Anforderungen an die Software-Entwicklung zu verstehen und die Projekte entsprechend umzusetzen
• Erstellen von Analysen und Konkretisierung von Umsetzungskonzepten (Analyse, Konzeption, Entwicklung, Test, Deployment)
• Sicherstellen, dass die Projektziele, Meilensteine und Abgabetermine eingehalten werden und die Projektergebnisse den Qualitätsstandards entsprechen
• Identifizierung von Risiken und Problemen während des Projektverlaufs sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Lösungsstrategien
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und Dienstleistern, um eine reibungslose Projektumsetzung sicherzustellen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Mathematik oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Projekten innerhalb der Versicherungsbranche
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Software-Entwicklung und Erfahrung mit agilen Projekten
• Kenntnisse über Bestandsführende Systeme bei Versicherungen
• Beherrschung von komplexen fachlichen Datenmodellen
• Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit komplexe Probleme zu lösen
• Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Teamorientiertes Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und zu unterstützen
