Wir im Auftrag einer großen BMW Autohaus-Gruppe dringend

Buchhalter (m/w/d) für Kreditoren und Debitoren aufgrund des Wachstums welches wir anstreben.

Aufgaben

• Selbständige Betreuung und Überwachung zugewiesener Standorte
• Ansprechpartner für Kunden und interne Mitarbeiter der Standorte
• Anlage und Pflege der Debitoren-/Kreditorenstammdaten
• Buchung von Ausgangsrechnungen und Gutschriften oder Eingangsrechnungen
• Mahnwesen und Überwachung offener Posten
• Kontenklärung und -abstimmung der Konten
• Überwachung und Buchung von Geldeingängen/-ausgängen
• Ausführung von SEPA-Lastschrifteinzügen
• Kontrolle von Kassenbelegen und –protokollen sowie Buchung von Kassenvorgängen
• Mitwirkung bei der Provisionsabrechnung für die Vertriebsmitarbeiter und Reisekostenabrechnung
• Dokumentation für innergemeinschaftliche Lieferungen und Exportgeschäfte, inklusive Kontierung und Erstellung der ZM-Meldung ans Finanzamt
• Unterstützen bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Halbjahres- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
• Unterstützung im anfallenden TagesgeschäftBegleitung der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer internen Prozesse sowie Mitwirken an abteilungsbezogenen Projekten

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Steuerwesen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Debitorenbuchhaltung bzw. der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger PC-Software, insbesondere Excel
• Kenntnisse der Software “SBS neo“ sowie „ELO ECM“ von Vorteil
• Teamfähigkeit
