Wir suchen Dich für unser Finance Team in Bonn (On-Site). Du solltest eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Leidenschaft für Zahlen mitbringen und Motivation dazu haben, gewissenhaft Buchungen durchzuführen und für korrekte Prozesse zu sorgen. Deine Aufgaben

• Du bearbeitest alle Buchungsvorgänge im Bereich Kreditoren, Debitoren und Zahlungsverkehr.
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Buchung, Erfassung und Prüfung von Geschäftsvorfällen sowie für die Kontenabstimmung von Debitorenkonten.
• Du verwaltest die Rechnungsfreigaben in unserem zentralen Dokumentenmanagementsystem.
• Bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sorgst du dafür, dass deine Bereiche zum Stichtag „sauber“ sind.
• Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für interne Abteilungen und Lieferanten.
• Zudem unterstützt du bei der Erstellung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen und Reports

Stellenanforderungen

Über Dich

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise mit fachspezifischer Weiterbildung, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation wie z.B. ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit einschlägiger Fachrichtung.
• Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Bereich
• Dir ist die Rechnungslegung nach HGB vertraut und du hast Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. DATEV, SAGE) gesammelt.
• Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit Office- Produkten (MS Office, Google Suite)
• Du bringst Detailgenauigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit mit.
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
• Dein Herz schlägt für die Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
