Wir suchen eine:n Brand Marketing Lead, der/die verantwortet, wie unsere Marke über alle Touchpoints hinweg wahrgenommen wird – von der strategischen Positionierung bis hin zur operativen Umsetzung von Kampagnen.

Diese Rolle geht über klassisches Brand Management hinaus. Du verbindest Marke, Content und Performance und stellst sicher, dass alle Marketingmaßnahmen einer klaren Story folgen und messbaren Impact liefern.

Dabei führst du ein kleines Team und agierst gleichzeitig als Multiplikator:in für Marketing, Produkt und weitere Growth-Teams.

Your tasks

• Brand Strategy & Positioning: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere Markenstrategie, Positionierung und Messaging und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leadership weiter – von der übergreifenden Markenstory bis hin zu zielgruppenspezifischen Botschaften für verschiedene Kanäle.
• Hands-on Execution: Du arbeitest selbst aktiv an Projekten mit – von der Erstellung von Briefings über die Entwicklung von Kampagnen- und Content-Ideen bis hin zur Ausgestaltung von Assets, wo nötig.
• Brand Experience: Du stellst ein konsistentes Markenerlebnis über alle relevanten Touchpoints hinweg sicher (digital und physisch) – einschließlich Website, Produkt, Social Media, CRM und Paid Channels.
• Campaign Development: Du planst, steuerst und setzt kanalübergreifende Kampagnen um, die Vertrauen aufbauen, Wachstum unterstützen und Conversions steigern.
• Brand Governance: Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Brand Guidelines sowie Prozesse weiter, die effizientes Arbeiten ermöglichen und gleichzeitig die Markenkonsistenz sichern.
• Market Research & Insights: Du nutzt qualitative und quantitative Insights, um unsere Zielgruppen besser zu verstehen, unsere Positionierung zu schärfen und Potenziale zur Optimierung von Marke und Kampagnen zu identifizieren.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Du führst ein kleines Team und arbeitest eng mit Performance, CRM, Product, Data sowie externen Partnern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Kampagnen und Inhalte abgestimmt und wirkungsvoll sind.
• Brand KPIs: Du definierst, misst und optimierst relevante Marken- und Kampagnen-KPIs, darunter Awareness, Engagement, Consideration, Conversion und Kundenvertrauen.

Requirements

• Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Brand-, Marketing- oder Kampagnenrollen mit sowohl strategischer als auch operativer Verantwortung, idealerweise in Agenturen oder schnell wachsenden Umfeldern (z. B. FinTech, Tech, D2C)
• Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und Wachstum starker Marken, die Kundenbindung und Geschäftswachstum fördern
• Fundiertes Verständnis von Kampagnenplanung und kanalübergreifender Orchestrierung
• Gutes Verständnis von Mediaplanung und dem Zusammenspiel verschiedener Kanäle
• Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Marke, Storytelling und wirkungsvollen Content
• Erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder im Mentoring kleiner Teams sowie im Management von Agenturen oder externen Partnern
• Sehr gute Projektmanagement- und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten in dynamischen Umfeldern
• Klare und überzeugende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch (Muttersprache) und Englisch
