Aufgaben

* Den Kern Ihrer Tätigkeit bildet die eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung (Termin-, Personal- und Materialsteuerung) von Tief- und Straßenbaumaßnahmen

* Unterdessen verantworten Sie die Steuerung der Baustellenabläufe hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Ergebnis

* Sie übernehmen die Koordination von Nachunternehmern, Aufmaßerstellung und Abrechnung

* Zudem stellen Sie die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheitsbestimmungen sicher

* Berufsbegleitend werden Sie durch unsere hausinterne REIF GRUPPE AKADEMIE für die nächsten Karrierestufen weiterentwickelt

Qualifikation

* Sie haben eine bautechnische Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar

* Sie weisen eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Tief- und Straßenbau auf, idealerweise in der Bauleitung

* Sie verfügen über sicheres Auftreten bei gleichzeitiger Bodenständigkeit

* Sie überzeugen mit Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung und starkem strategischen Denkvermögen
