Aufgaben

• Du lernst, wie unser Online-Shop aufgebaut, gepflegt und weiterentwickelt wird
• Du erstellst und optimierst Produkttexte, Bilder und Beschreibungen für unsere Verpackungskollektion
• Du analysierst Besucherzahlen, Klickraten und Bestelldaten und lernst, daraus Schlüsse zu ziehen
• Du unterstützt bei Online-Marketing-Maßnahmen, z. B. Newsletter, Social Media oder Suchmaschinenwerbung
• Du begleitest Bestellprozesse von der Anfrage bis zur Lieferung und lernst dabei auch das Zusammenspiel mit Lager und Logistik kennen
• Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen und bekommst so ein breites Bild davon, wie ein mittelständisches Unternehmen funktioniert

Qualifikation

Must-have:

• Mittlere Reife oder (Fach-)Abitur mit guten Noten in Deutsch und Mathematik
• Echtes Interesse an digitalen Themen, Online-Handel und modernen Medien
• Spaß am Schreiben und ein Gespür für Sprache
• Neugier auf digitale Möglichkeiten und den Wunsch, sie wirklich zu verstehen und zu nutzen
• Lust, Dinge zu verstehen und nicht nur abzuarbeiten
• Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative

Nice-to-have:

• Du hast schon eigene Erfahrungen mit Social Media, einem Blog oder einem Online-Projekt gemacht
• Du kennst dich ein bisschen mit Bildbearbeitung aus
• Du hast erste Berührungspunkte mit KI-Tools gesammelt, z. B. ChatGPT, Bildgenerierung oder ähnlichem, und weißt, dass da noch viel mehr möglich ist
