You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-09 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Working with senior level analysts to conduct audits. Assisting with senior level analysts to evaluate policies in assigned program areas. Assisting senior level analysts to evaluate program performance indicators. OR Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of successfully completed education and experience. This will be calculated using your resume and unofficial transcripts or a list of courses/course hours submitted with your application. You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Supports senior analysts in executing performance, compliance, and financial audits conducted by external agencies/stakeholders to assess whether: The agency is operating in accordance with the laws, regulations, and standard operating procedures. Maintains positive working relationships with both external audit agencies and internal audit coordinators. Effectively communicates audit results through written reports, oral briefings, and testimony, ensuring stakeholders are informed about audit progress and outcomes. Updates information systems that track long- and short-term plans, policies, and programs, aligning them with the objectives and priorities set forth by statutes, executive orders and executive management. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
