About This Role

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Must have progressive work experience that demonstrates the ability and skill to perform the duties described above to include supervisory, business or hotel management work experience. 2. Documented experience must have been equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower grade/level. 3. Must have excellent organizational skills; be highly skilled in written and verbal communication. 4. Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other software as required. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": -Preferred are those candidates who possess a two-year hospitality related associates degree and work experience in the field of hospitality management Or -Two years of supervisory experience in hotel management Or -One year of supervisory experience in hotel management and one of the following: 1. Certification as a departmental manager, i.e., CHS (Certified Hospitality Supervisor, CHS, Certified Rooms Division Executive, CRDE, or Certified Lodging Manager). 2. Completion of 2 Army Lodging professional development management courses. Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager. All other qualified applicants will be referred if requested by the hiring manager. Claimed experience must be verifiable through your resume. Assumptions will not be made. This position is located at USAG Benelux- MWR, Chievres Lodge. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
