Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1. Facilities Operations Management: Developing objectives and establishing procedures compliant with current regulations for keeping an operationally ready airfield AND; 2. Organizational Awareness: Maintaining currency in airfield and air traffic service rules and regulations by reviewing changes to agency regulations AND; 3. Planning and Evaluating: Implementing, recommending and advising on matters affecting the airfield operations to include Air Traffic Control facilities. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). About the Position: This position serves as the Airfield Manager aligned under the USAREUR G-3 AVN with primary supervisory and management responsibility for the operation of assigned Army Heliports.
