Wir suchen einen AI Engineer im Bereich Softwareentwicklung im Agenturumfeld (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Konzeption und Umsetzung von AI-Anwendungen für uns und unsere Kunden – von der Idee über den Prototyp bis zur produktiven Lösung
• Anbindung von LLMs und KI-Modellen über APIs an bestehende Systeme, Backends und Datenquellen
• Schnelles Prototyping und Erstellung von Proof-of-Concepts, um Machbarkeit und Mehrwert von AI-Use-Cases früh sichtbar zu machen
• Evaluierung und Optimierung von Modellen und Lösungen hinsichtlich Ergebnisqualität, Latenz und Kosten
• Beobachtung relevanter Entwicklungen im AI-/LLM-Umfeld und Übersetzung in konkreten Nutzen für uns und unsere Kunden
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Online-Marketing, Strategie und Kundenberatung

DEINE QUALIFIKATION

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik – oder eine vergleichbare praktische Qualifikation
• Erste praktische Erfahrung mit AI-/LLM-Projekten (z. B. eigene Projekte, Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit oder berufliche Stationen)
• Solide Programmierkenntnisse, idealerweise in Python, sowie ein gutes Verständnis für APIs und die Anbindung externer Dienste
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit LLMs und APIs (z. B. OpenAI, Anthropic) sowie Grundverständnis von Prompt Engineering
• Fähigkeit, komplexe AI-Use-Cases aus Kundensicht zu denken und gemeinsam mit internen Schnittstellen umzusetzen
• Souveräne Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
• Ziel- und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten sowie gute Selbstorganisation

NICE TO HAVE

• Zertifizierungen im AI-Bereich
• Kenntnisse in TYPO3 und Datenbanken (MySQL)
• Agenturerfahrung
• Erfahrung in der Koordination und Planung von Projekten sowie Zerlegung von Projekten in Issues
• Freude an agenturübergreifender Zusammenarbeit und Wissenssharing
