Aufgaben

• Du identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale in allen Bereichen: Sales, Operations, technische Auslegung, Customer Success und setzt sie um.
• Du baust AI-Workflows und interne Tools, die unsere Prozesse spürbar schneller und besser machen.Du integrierst LLMs (Claude, GPT, etc.) in unsere bestehenden Systeme: CRM, ERP, Einklang OS, interne Datenbanken.
• Du entwickelst Agents, die wiederkehrende Aufgaben übernehmen; von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Datenanreicherung
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem gesamten Team zusammen, verstehst die Pain Points und priorisierst nach Impact.
• Du etablierst AI-Best-Practices im Unternehmen und befähigst Kolleg:innen, selbst mit AI zu arbeiten.

Qualifikation

• Du hast bereits AI-Produkte oder Automatisierungen gebaut; egal ob im Studium, in einem Side Project oder im Job.
• Du kennst Tools wie Claude, Cursor, n8n, Zapier oder Make nicht nur, du baust damit.
• Du fühlst dich in Python (oder TypeScript) zuhause und kannst APIs sauber anbinden.
• Du denkst in Prozessen, nicht in Features. Du verstehst Business-Probleme, bevor du Code schreibst.
• Du bist pragmatisch: 80/20 ist dein Default, perfekt kommt später.
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch. Wir arbeiten im deutschen Mittelstand; die Prozesse, die du automatisierst, leben auf Deutsch.
• Nice to have: Erfahrung mit Energie, Hardware/IoT oder im B2B-Kontext.
