Deine Mission bei uns

• Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung in DATEV ReWe (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Bank, Sachkonten)
• Unterstützung im Monatsabschluss (z. B. vorbereitende Abgrenzungen, Abstimmungen, Zuarbeiten)
• Durchführung von standardisierten Kontenabstimmungen und Plausibilitätschecks
• Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und sauberen Buchungsgrundlage (inkl. Nachverfolgung fehlender Belege)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting Operations zur Strukturierung und Qualitätssicherung von Belegen und Daten
• Unterstützung bei der Aufbereitung von Daten für Reporting und Auswertungen
• Mitarbeit bei der Standardisierung und Optimierung von Accounting-Prozessen
• Übernahme von wiederkehrenden und operativen Aufgaben im Closing-Prozess

Was du mitbringen solltest

• Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Accounting / in der Finanzbuchhaltung (z. B. 1–3 Jahre)
• Praktische Erfahrung mit DATEV (idealerweise Rechnungswesen)
• Grundlegendes Verständnis von buchhalterischen Zusammenhängen (HGB)
• Fähigkeit, Buchungen eigenständig und korrekt durchzuführen
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Bereitschaft, Themen aktiv nachzuverfolgen
