• Client Leadership:
  • Du leitest mehrere Kunden von A bis Z: vom Shop Management bis zur Strategieentwicklung und dessen Umsetzung
  • Du kannst Kunden führen, weiterentwickeln und willst das bestmögliche aus der Partnerschaft rausholen
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst Kunden begeistern
• Projekt- & Account Management:
  • Du hast alle To Do's für unsere TikTok Shop Kunden im Blick und kannst sie gemeinsam mit dem TikTok Shop Team bestehend aus Franzi als Lead und Emelie und Laurin im Creator Management umsetzen
  • Du hältst die Timelines ein und sorgst dafür, dass der Kunde bei allen Steps abgeholt und beraten ist
  • Du schaffst neue Standards und kannst sie für deine Kunden umsetzen
  • Du hast die KPIs deiner Projekte im Blick, setzt Reportings auf und kannst diese auch intern und extern vorstellen und vor allem Maßnahmen daraus ableiten
• TikTok Shop Strategie:
  • Du kannst mit dem Wachstum der Unit mithalten, d.h. du hast alle Marktveränderungen im Blick und kannst die neusten Möglichkeiten und Trends bei TikTok Shop in deine Kundenstrategien mit einfließen lassen
  • Du bereitest Jahresstrategien vor- und nach und sorgst dafür, dass die Ziele erreicht werden

• Du bringst Agenturerfahrung mit und konntest schon mehrere namenhafte Kunden von A bis Z leiten
• Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in TikTok Shop und kannst dein Wissen direkt einbringen
• Du brennst für TikTok Shop und bist intrinsisch motiviert alle Trends und Entwicklungen im Blick zu haben
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, gewissenhaft und v.a. mit Weitblick
• Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst Kunden nicht nur begeistern, sondern beraten und entwickeln
• Du bringst Kenntnisse im Affiliate Marketing, Creator Management und Projektmanagement mit
