Du bist schon länger Absolvent im wirtschaftlichen Bereich oder hast gerade dein Studium im Bereich BWL / VWL / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen beendet und hast nun Lust, mit Begeisterung Unternehmen zu beraten und dein erlerntes Wissen in der freien Wirtschaft anzuwenden? – Dann bist du für diese Stelle genau richtig geeignet.

In den letzten Monaten haben wir festgestellt dass Absolventen (m/w/d) aus dem wirtschaftlichen Bereich super Eigenschaft für die gesuchte Aufgabe mitbringen. Wichtig ist es dass du die Motivation hast durchzustarten. Keine Angst das nötige Fachwissen, die Handwerkszeuge und Abläufe bekommst du alle von uns beigebracht, du brauchst keine Vorerfahrung

Wir sind eine Unternehmensberatung und Zertifizierungsstelle und wir suchen einen engagierten Absolvent (m/w/d) BWL / VWL / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Du wirst unsere Kunden dabei unterstützen, ihre Qualitätsprozesse zu optimieren, nationale und internationale Qualitätsnormen umzusetzen und Zertifizierungen zu erlangen. Wie man das alles macht, bekommst du von uns gelernt. Du wirst eng mit unseren Kunden zusammenarbeiten und beraten, um die individuellen Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln. Dabei wirst du von uns fachlich unterstützt und du bekommst die Beratungsmethoden und Handwerkzeuge des Qualitätsmanagements mit an die Hand. Der Kern der Arbeit liegt in der Beratung von Prozessen und der Umsetzung von Normanforderungen im Unternehmen, sowie in der Vorbereitung auf die Zertifizierungsaudits, die nach der Beratung bei unseren Kunden anstehen.

ZU DEINEN AUFGABEN GEHÖREN

• Beratung von Kunden hinsichtlich Qualitätsmanagement-Systemen und Normen, einschließlich TÜV-Normen sowie eigener entwickelter Normen

• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits und Zertifizierungsverfahren

• Analyse bestehender Qualitätssysteme und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen

• Schulung und Training der Mitarbeiter/innen unserer Kunden in Bezug auf Qualitätsmanagement und Normen

• Implementierung von individuellen Qualitätsmanagementlösungen

• Dokumentation von Normanforderungen und Erstellen von digitalen Qualitätsmanagementhandbücher für Kunden

• Ausbildung, Weiterbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, kaufmännische Berufe oder Beratung im Allgemeinen

• Die Fähigkeit vernetzt und in Prozessen zu Denken  

• exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Sachverhalte verständlich zu präsentieren

• Teamfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung, hohe Eigenmotivation und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

• sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Textverständnis und die Fähigkeit zur Anfertigung von Texten

• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit digitalen Medien
